SHIPPING TIMES POLICY

This Shipping Times Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on https://elwapa.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once available.

2. STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is our default shipping method.

After processing, Standard Shipping typically takes between 7–12 business days to arrive, depending on the destination, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.

This delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

3. FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is available on orders totaling $59.99 or more.

Free Shipping uses the same delivery method and timeframe as Standard Shipping, with the only difference being that the shipping fee is waived for qualifying orders.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping are typically delivered within 7–12 business days after processing.

4. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs processing
    • High shipping volume periods

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may take time to scan and update shipment details.
