RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://elwapa.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

    • The item arrived damaged
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong item was received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Used items
    • Opened or partially used products
    • Personal care or hygiene products
    • Liquid products once opened
    • Orders returned without prior approval

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.


3. REFUND PROCESS

If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for the refund to appear on your statement.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after approval, please check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
